Duck Smoothie

I made this while on a family vacation on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. While my in-laws were eating duck donuts I was drinking my green drink. By the end of the vacation they were converts. This is a nutritious and delicious way to start your day.
Chock full of fiber, beta-carotene and vitamins. These concentrated health-promoting phytonutrients and flavonoids will provide you with powerful antioxidant protection against damaging free radicals.

1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
2 cups spinach
1 cup pineapple
juice of ½ lemon
½ frozen banana
1 frozen peach
1 teaspoon stevia
1 cup crushed ice
chia seeds

Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender and Enjoy!
