Super Simple Buffalo Tofu! Amazing!!!

Super Simple Buffalo Tofu

Ingredients:

1 serving Extra Firm tofu cut into ½ inch cubes

½ teaspoonOnion powder

½ teaspoon Garlic powder

1 teaspoonCoconut oil

Hot sauce to taste

2 teaspoons Coconut flour

Preparation:

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Place the tofu cubes, onion powder, garlic powder and flout into a Ziploc bag and shake well. Add the coconut oil to the hot skillet and toss in coated tofu cubes. Cook till brown on all sides. Once brown add the hot sauce and stir to coat. Cook for 2-3 more minutes and serve over a salad or along side carrots, celery and dipping sauce. Enjoy!
