Super Simple Kid Friendly Humus

 

Eat Heal Glow

 

Ingredients

1 can organic chickpeas

¼ cup tahini (or if nut allergy, a sunflower spread that is made in a facility with no nuts for in-school safety.)

juice of 1 lemon

1 clove minced garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

½ teaspoon sea salt

 

 

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend for 5 minutes scraping the sides several times. If too thick add a little water, one teaspoon at a time. Enjoy!!! Xo Nancy
