Crazy Delicious Mixed-Seed Crackers

Inspired by Angela Liddon’s recipe for Endurance Crackers.

This recipe is super simple and feel free to play with the seeds. It’s fine to mix in any nuts or seeds that you may have on hand. The flavors can also be adjusted to make these spicy, a little sweet or even a touch of seaweed. Enjoy!


½ cup hemp-seeds

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup chia seeds

½ cup pumpkin seeds

½ cup sesame seeds

1 cup water

1 tablespoon braggs amino acids

1 tablespoons grated onion

1 clove minced garlic

½ teaspoon chili flakes

Freshly ground black pepper and Sea salt to taste

Optional add in’s – dried rosemary, chives, parsley or dill

Diced sundried tomatoes, or dried fruit

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil and additional S&P


Preheat oven to 325

Mix all of the seeds together in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper and herbs if using. Mix the Braggs Aminos with the water, garlic and onion. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes before spreading on a large parchment lined cooking sheet. Press the mixture down with a large spatula and roll over with the side of a glass or a rolling pin. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven. Cut the crackers with a pizza wheel into like sized pieces and flip. Brush the top with a little olive oil and sprinkle with S&P. Place the crackers back in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes. Enjoy with your favorite humus or as is. XO
