Edamame & Spinach Hummus

2 cups frozen edamame cooked and cooled

3-4 cups baby spinach

½ cup walnuts

2 cloves of minced garlic

½ cup nutritional yeast

½ teaspoon Pink Himalayan sea salt

Pinch of chili flakes

½ cup parsley

1 teaspoon cumin

juice of 2 limes


Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies. Enjoy! XO
