Buffalo Chicken Ravioli

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 package wonton wrappers

½ block tofu cut into matchstick slices

4 tablespoons hot sauce

4 ounces vegan cheese

1 cup broccoli slaw without mayo

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

pinch of salt

1 teaspoon hamburger seasoning



Place the sliced tofu in a shallow bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the hot sauce and gently mix. Sprinkle with the onion powder, garlic powder, hamburger seasoning and a pinch of salt. Heat the coconut oil in a cast iron skillet until hot. Add the tofu to the pan and heat for about 5 minutes until lightly brown.


Prepare your wonton wrappers on a cutting board. Add a teaspoon of the tofu, a few drops of hot sauce, broccoli slaw and vegan cheese. Fold over the wontons and seal with a bit of water.


Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with carrot and celery sticks and hot sauce along side.
