This smoothie is packed with essential nutrients to boost collagen in your skin and bones. Coconut water and cucumber are super hydrating, the celery is full of essential enzymes and minerals, the pear is packed with vitamins c & e as well as lots of minerals and antioxidants. The zest of the lemon contains 4X as much vitamin c than the juice, apricots are hydrating, smoothing and full of beta carotene as is the carrot. Coconut oil and ground flax provide healthy fat as well as omega 3’s. And you’ve gotta have your greens if you want to glow! ENJOY!!! XOXOXO



1 cup fresh coconut water

1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

½ avocado

1 stalk celery

1 carrot

½ cucumber with skin

zest and juice of 1 large lemon

1 ripe pear

1 dried apricots

2 cups greens (I use power greens)

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon bee pollen

Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender and enjoy.
