Magic Tea & Creamer
Eat Heal Glow
Ingredients:
1 Chamomile, stress reliever or Sleepy time tea bag if making in the evening. For daytime I like to use caffeine free chai spice tea.
Boiling water
Freshly ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon or to taste
Freshly grated nutmeg 1 teaspoon or to taste
Dash of stevia *Optional
Preparation:
Brew tea and let sit for several minutes. Remove the tea bag and add the spices. Add my homemade coconut creamer or your non-dairy creamer of choice. Top with more freshly grated spices and ENJOY! XOXO
Nancy’s Magic Non-Dairy Creamer
Ingredients:
1 can or 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon Mexican Vanilla
1 teaspoon stevia or 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a mason jar. Cover and shake vigorously. This will keep in the refrigerator for a week. If you aren’t going to use it all freeze in ice-cube trays and add some creamy deliciousness to your cacao smoothie! ENJOY! XO
