Mounds Bar Smoothie

Raw Vegan & Delicious!!

I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a mounds bar, but this is what I imagine it would taste like. This is so amazing and full of protein, fiber, omega 3’s and super-foods!!!


1 ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 cup frozen kale or 2 cups fresh kale

½ frozen banana

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon raw cacao

1 tablespoon cacao nibs

1 teaspoon coconut extract

1 tablespoon lucuma powder

1 teaspoon stevia

2 tablespoons raw pecans

1 cup ice

Mix all of the ingredients except the cacao nibs, pecans and ice in a high speed blender until smooth. Add the ice, pecans and nibs and blend until frothy. Enjoy!! !XOXO
