Complete Power Balls

Eat Heal Glow

1 cups oats (I use GF)

10 dates

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup walnuts

1 T honey

1 T pure maple syrup

2 T unsweetened cocoa

2 scoops Juice + Complete chocolate or vanilla powder

1 1/2 cup peanut butter

1 t vanilla

* My changes / additions. I add a pinch of baking soda to enhance flavor. It is also alkalizing. If using natural nut butter (I use 1/2 almond butter and 1/2 natural peanut butter) You will need to add 2 tablespoons water.

Fully process dates first then add oats and pulse together.  I add all the other ingredients next and the peanut butter last. Roll into small balls and roll in dark cacao, crushed nuts or coconut if desired. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen put them in a sealed container or ziplock bag and keep frozen until using. Enjoy!
