Raw Vegan Nutty Power-Balls

Raw Vegan Nutty Power-Balls 

I was craving peanut butter cookies and just created this recipe for raw vegan cookies. Add in hemp seeds, ground flax-seeds or your favorite vegan protein powder for delicious power balls. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all natural nut butter (I used half peanut and half almond)

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

pinch of baking soda

1/2 cup dry mulberries

3/4 cup pitted dates

2/3 cup lucuma powder

2 teaspoons stevia

a few grinds of Himalayan pink salt

1 teaspoon Mexican vanilla

Mix all ingredients in the food processor until smooth. Add more lucuma if the mixture is too thick. Roll into balls and keep in the refrigerator. Enjoy as is or coated with some cacao!
