Shopping List

• Coconut water, sparkling water, kombucha
• Any local organic vegetable especially greens but mix them up. Kale, collards, chard, arugula, watercress, romaine, spinach, baby bok choy, cucumbers, onions, carrots and red peppers
• Zucchini and summer squash for noodles
• Avocados
• sprouts
• Beets for raw vegan ravioli!
• Sweet potatoes
• Fresh herbs parsley, basil, mint, any other you like
• All organic fruits, apples, pears and berries are best
• 1 bag of lemons and 1 bag of limes
• Frozen organic fruits and vegetables.
• Frozen shelled edemame
• Freeze your own bananas (peel and cut in half before freezing)
• Nondairy unsweetened milk. I prefer vanilla almond milk or coconut milk. Check for sugar.
• Raw nuts – walnuts, cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, any other raw nut you lke
• Raw coconut oil, raw olive oil
• Unsweetened nut butters except peanut butter
• Raw seeds – chia seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds
• Miso
• Tahini
• Himilayan sea salt
• Turmeric, cinnamon, and other spices that you love
• Detox tea to make sun tea
• Dry fruit (unsweetened and in moderation, earlier in the day)
• Unsweetened coconut
• Olive oil. Coconut oil, grape-seed oil, sesame oil
• Sweeteners- Pure Maple syrup, brown rice syrup, local raw honey, stevia (I have a plant if you need some)
• Super Foods maca, cacao, lucuma, goji berries *all optional
